We guarantee that you’re going to love every last mouthful of Jack Stack’s premier hickory-smoked barbecue and signature side dishes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund (including the cost of shipping).

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept any physical returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Jack Stack will issue a full retail refund or replacement for an order of equal value. A replacement order will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day.

If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value. We do allow substitutions of equal value. Substitutions should be requested to Customer Care at 877.419.7427. When you place your order, you will automatically be given an arrival date based on the earliest possible date and least expensive shipping method. You have the option to adjust your arrival date based on FedEx available delivery days. The appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied to your order based on your merchandise amount and the day you wish to have the package delivered.
