Our famous beef burnt ends come from the “point” of the brisket. Unlike the “flat,” the point has a higher fat content which helps with the juiciness of the final product. Our ends are cooked over hickory for 10-12 hours to provide a rich, smoky flavor and are consistently a crowd pleaser.
