Since 1997, this has been Johnson County’s destination for the Kansas City-area’s best barbecue. Our second restaurant ever, opened by Jack and Delores Fiorella as the family business expanded across state lines, the space recently got a top-to-bottom refresh in 2026. Diners enjoy the light tones, bright finishes, and natural daylight, with the same care that have made it an Overland Park favorite for nearly 30 years. A full-service bar with happy hour and private dining round out the experience, and every plate stays true to what earned Jack Stack its spot in KC barbecue lore, including our famous ribs, burnt ends, and award-winning sides like hickory pit beans and cheesy corn bake – all served with warm hospitality perfect for lunch, dinner, or a special celebration.
