Patio Dining
Barbecue al fresco? Say less.
Since 2015, our Summit Woods Crossing location has been a Lee’s Summit go-to for the city’s most remarkable barbecue. Brick, wood, and stone accents combine with iron candlelight chandeliers and a wall of hickory pit wood – with a glimpse into the bustling kitchen while you dine – for a sophisticated, rustic atmosphere full of natural light. The bar sits between the main dining room and a generous patio with a cozy stone fireplace. Historic family photos line the walls, and every plate stays true to what earned Jack Stack its spot in KC barbecue lore, including our famous ribs, burnt ends, and award-winning sides like hickory pit beans and cheesy corn bake – all served with warm hospitality perfect for lunch, dinner, or a special celebration.
